She is an author and frequent speaker, focusing on evangelism, spiritual formation and the intersection between faith and culture. Kim is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and is currently the Executive Director of Next Step Evangelism Ministries which provides faith shaping ministries in the context of retreats, seminars, workshops and revivals both nationally and internationally.
